1/2 c sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. shortening or margarine, softened
1/2 c. peanut butter
2 tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg
1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 1st 7 ingredients and blend well. Stir in remaining ingredients and blend well. Shape into 1 inch balls. Roll balls in sugar. Place on cookie sheet. Bake at 375º for 10-12 minutes until cookies crack around the edge.
