1 whole chicken, or I use 6 to 8 chicken breasts
1 stick butter
1 large onion, or more, chopped
1 large green bell pepper, chopped
3 to 4 stalks celery, chopped (1 c. or more)
2 T. chili powder or to taste
Salt and pepper
1 (10 oz.) can Roitel tomatoes, undrained
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
1 pkg.(12 oz) spaghetti
2 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese ( any kind of cheese works)

Boil and debone chicken. Save broth to cook spaghetti in. In large skillet, melt butter and saute onions, bell peppers and celery until clear. Add chili powder, salt and pepper. To this mixture, I add the tomatoes, chicken soups and half the tomato sauce. Mix real well. Cook spaghetti in the chicken broth. Cut chicken in chunks. In large
mixing bowl, I mix everything together and put into casserole bowls I plan to serve or freeze in. Cover with grated cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.You can ad green or black olives if want to.
