1/4 c. butter
1 lb. ground beef
7 oz. pkg. elbow macaroni
1 med. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. oregano
2 c. water
1 Tbsp. flour
1 lg. can evaporated milk
2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
1/3 c. grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in skillet. Stir in meat, uncooked macaroni, onion, garlic, green pepper, salt, seasoned salt, pepper and oregano. Cook over medium heat, stirring occassionally. until meat is brown and onion is transparent. Stir in water; bring to a boil. Cover; reduce heat. Simmer for 20 minutes or until macaroni is tender. Sprinkle flour evenly over beef mixture; blend until smooth. Stir in milk, pimento and cheese; simmer 5 minutes, stirring occassionally. Garnish with pimento strips and parsley, if desired.
