7 medium potatoes
1/2 C milk
1/3 C sugar
1/4 C vinegar
1 egg
4 T butter
1 T cornstarch
3/4 tsp salt
3/4 tsp celery seed
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1/4 C chopped celery
1/4 C onion chopped
1/4 C mayonnaise
3-4 hard boiled eggs chopped

In medium saucepan, combine mil, sugar, vinegar, egg, butter, cornstarch, salt, celery seed and dry mustard. Cook and stir over low heat until thickened. Remove from heat, blend in onions and celery and carefully fold in mayonnaise. Combine potatoes and hard cooked eggs; chill. Just before serving, sprinkle with paprika. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
