Round Steak
cooking oil
flour
salt
pepper
onions
water.

Directions:
Directions:
Cut round steak into 3-4 ounce pieces. Salt and pepper each piece, then dredge in flour. Fry in oil until meat is done and outside is crispy. Drain off oil except for about 2 tablespoons. Keep crumbs off of meat in the oil and add onions. Cook until onions are tender. Add flour to make a roux. Stir constantly until flour is brown. Add water to make the gravy. Break up clumps in flour if there are any. Add steak back into gravy and cook until gravy reaches desired thickness.
