2 Tbsp. margarine
1/2 lb. hamburger meat
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1/2 c. rice, uncooked
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. chili powder
16 oz. can tomatoes
1/2 c. cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine in skillet. Brown meat, onion, bell pepper and rice. Add salt, pepper and chili powder. Add tomatoes. Place in a 1 quart casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. Top with cheese and return to oven until cheese is melted. May be frozen without cheese. Take from freezer, add cheese and heat thoroughly.
