3 regular cans of tomato sauce
3 medium onions chopped
1 pound of bacon sliced in 2" strips
64 fl. ounce of tomato juice
2 pounds of your choice of fish cut into large bite sized pieces
12 eggs
8 large potatoes sliced
salt and pepper to taste.

Directions:
Directions:
Put sliced bacon in pot with onions and cook until bacon is done. Add tomato sauce, tomato juice, potatoes, salt/pepper and fish. Cook until potatoes are done. Adjust temperature until stew is a low boil. Add eggs one at a time. Keep at a low boil until eggs are done, approx. 20 minutes.
