1 lb. sirloin steak, cut in small pieces
1 sm. onion, sliced (opt.)
butter
1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 can beef boullion
salt and pepper to taste
1 c. sour cream
4 Tbsp. cooking sherry
Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat and onion in small amount of butter. Add mushrooms and boullion; simmer until tender. Season with salt and pepper. Add sour cream and sherry; heat thoroughly. Serve over rice. 2 Tbsp. flour may be added, if thicker sauce is desired.
