2 lb. round steak
1/4 c. flour
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 can tomato sauce
1 Tbsp. kitchen bouquet
1 1/2 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste
3 Tbsp. green onion tops
3 Tbsp. chopped parsley

Directions:
Sear steak in small amount of oil. Add 2 c. boiling water. Reduce heat to simmer. Melt 3 Tbsp. fat in amother skillet; stir in flour. Cook, stirring constantly, until golden brown. Add onion; cook until wilted. Add green pepper, celery, tomato sauce, kitchen bouquet and worcestershire; season with salt and pepper. Heat thoroughly; pour over steak. Cover and simmer until steak is tender. Add onion tops and parsley; simmer 15 minutes longer. Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
