1 box macaroni & cheese
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
1 lb. ground beef
1 lg. can tomato sauce or chopped tomatoes
1 c. whole kernel corn
1/2 c. shredded cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni and cheese as directed on box. Saute onion, pepper and beef. Drain fat. Add to macaroni and cheese along with tomato sauce and corn. Salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with cheese and bake about 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
