1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 onion, chopped
2 sticks butter
1/2 c. flour
2 lb. velveeta, cubed
15 flour tortillas
4 c. milk
1 can chopped green chilis

Directions:
Directions:
Brown lightly seasoned hamburger and onion. Add 1/2 lb. velveeta; heat until melted. Spoon into tortillas and roll up. Place in greased baking ish. Melt butter and blend in flour. Gradually add milk. Stir until thick; add 1 1/2 lb. velveeta. Cook until thick and melted. Add green chilis. Pour over enchiladas. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly.
