1 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper (opt.)
1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
8 oz. can tomato sauce
9 in. unbaked pie shell
2 c. grated mild cheese
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. chili sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cook beef in small amount of hot fat in skillet until brown; stir in oregano, 1 tsp. salt, pepper, onion, green pepper, bread crumbs and 1/2 cup tomato sauce. Press mixture in pie shell. Blend cheese, egg, milk, remaining 1/2 tsp. salt, mustard and worcestershire; pour over beef mixture. Bake in preheated 425 degree oven for about 30 minutes. Cut into wedges. Mix remaining tomato sauce and chili sauce; heat through. Serve with pie wedges.
