2 1/4 C all-purpose flour
1/2 C confectioners sugar
1 C cold butter, cubed
2 C granulated white sugar
4 large eggs
1/3 C orange juice (try to use a very strong orange juice, not watery tasting)
1/2 tsp baking powder
the zest from 2 lemons and their juice

Glaze:
4 C confectioners sugar
1/2 C orange juice
the zest of one lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º F.

Crust:
In a large bowl, combine 2 cups of flour and confectioners sugar. Cut in butter and mix until mixture is crumbly. Press evenly into bottom of a 12 by 9 by 2 inch baking pan. Make sure the mixture is even on the bottom of the pan. Press down with your fingers or the bottom of a cup. Bake 20 minute s or until lightly browned.

Filling: Whisk together sugar, eggs and juice until well mixed. Add 1/4 C flour and baking powder. Stir to combine. Add zest.

Pour into hot baked crust, then place back in oven and bake for 25 minutes or until set. After removing from oven, allow bars to cool before adding glaze.

Glaze:
Add 4 cups of powdered sugar, orange and lemon juices. Mix until creamy. Add zest and mix. Try to cover the surface of the bars .
