Ingredients:  
1 large roast
2 small bottles catsup
1/4 c. sugar
2 small onions, chopped
1 green pepper, diced
salt and pepper to taste
2 cans beer

Directions:
Directions:
Place roast in large roasting pan. Cover with catsup. Sprinkle with sugar, onions, green pepper, salt & pepper. Pour beer around roast. Bake at 350 degrees for 3 hours. About the last hour, slice meat and finish cooking.
