3 beef boullion cubes
1 c. boiling water
2 lb. round steak, cubed
3 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. chopped onions
1 (14 oz) can mushrooms
1 c. sour cream
1 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve boullion cubes in water. Set aside. Dredge meat in flour and seasonings. In large skillet, brown in 1/4 cup of shortening; add boullion to meat. Saute onion in remaining shortening. Add to meat, cover and cook slowly for 1 1/2 hors or until meat is tender. Add mushrooms and worcestershire; fold in sour cream. Heat thoroughly but do not boil. Serve on hot cooked, buttered noodles.
