2 lbs. ground beef
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. bread crumbs
pepper
12 oz bottle of chile sauce
6 oz jar of grape jelly
juice of one lemon
Canola oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Combine meat, egg, bread crumbs and seasonings. Shape into "small balls". Lightly grease frying pan with oil (canola ) and fry meat balls until slightly browned. Remove from pan. Heat chili sauce, jelly and lemon juice in lightly greased heavy pan. Stir until blended. Add meatballs, cover and simmer for at least 30 minutes. Uncover and cook for another 15 minutes, stirring often.
