2 egg whites
2 tbsp. cold water
1 lb. of nuts (almonds, cashews, etc.)
1 to 1-1/4 cups granulated sugar
2 tbsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
Butter for jelly pan.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, cinnamon and salt together, put aside. Beat egg whites and water until it forms into medium peaks. Put nuts into egg white mixture and mix together until all the nuts are coated. Pour egg whited nuts in cinnamon mixture and mix until all nuts are coated. Place nuts on lightly buttered jelly roll pan and bake at 250º for one hour, turning every 15 minutes. The nuts will separate while baking. Let cool and store in airtight container.
