crust:
1 Cup of all purpose flour
¼ teaspoon of salt
1/3 cup plus 1 tablespoon of shortening
2 to 3 tablespoons of water
quiche:
5 eggs
1/2 cup green olives
¼ cup of green onions
¼ cup of green chilies
¼ cup of artichoke hearts
¼ cup of broccoli steamed
¼ cup of spinach
½ cup of sour cream
1 ¾ cup of Swiss cheese grated

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all crust ingredients in a bowl,
Roll mixture into a ball, roll out dough and place into pie pan.Cook at 425 for 10 minutes. Mix eggs and sour cream in a bowl then add in other ingredients. Pour quiche mixture into pie crust reduce heat to 325 and bake for 45 to 50 minutes
