1 qt. can chopped tomatoes
Beef broth
1 lb. hamburger- browned and drained
1 small bag of frozen soup veggies
salt & pepper
garlic salt
worchestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Brown and drain hamburger meat in a skillet. In a 4 qt. pot, cover veggies and simmer until tender. Drain excess water. Add tomatoes, hamburger and enough beef broth for desired consistency. Season to taste with salt, pepper, garlic salt, and worchestershire sauce. Simmer for at least 30 minutes.

You can add pasta or rice to this soup if desired.
Serve with cornbread or crackers. We always have this soup and another at our (Jody & Dody's) traditional Christmas Eve Soup Supper.
