7 cups flour, 2 T. baking powder, 2 tsp. salt, 1 pound butter, 2-1/2 c. sugar, 2 tsp. nutmeg, 2 tsp. cinnamon., 1-1/2 c. currants or dry blueberries, 3 eggs, 3/4 c. milk

Directions:

Blend dry ingredients together, then using a pastry blender cut in butter. Stir together sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon., and currents. Beat eggs and add milk, then add to flour mixture. Mix just until blended. Roll out until 1/4" thickness. Cook on electric skillet at 300-325 degrees.
