1 cup peanut butter
2 1/3 cups crushed graham crackers
2 sticks butter
1 1/2 cups chopped peanuts
1 pound powdered sugar
1/4 block paraffin
1 12-ounce package semisweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first five ingredients, make into balls and place in freezer.

Melt paraffin and chocolate chips over hot water; mix to blend.

Dip frozen balls in chocolate. Cool on wax paper.

One of my students at CHA gave these as a Christmas gift. Dad loved them so much that I have made them as a Christmas candy every year since 1989.
