1 lb.link sausage, cut in 1/2" pieces
1 med. chopped onion
1/2 chopped green pepper
6 stalks of chopped celery
6 c. water
2 pk. Lipton chicken noodle soup mix
3/4 c. raw brown rice
1 small can mushrooms
sliced almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage well, remove from pan. Cook vegetables in some of the fat until tender. Add sausage. In the meantime boil water and add soup mix and rice and cool until tender. Combine both mixtures and add mushrooms and almonds. Put in covered casserole and bake 1 hr. at 350º
