Day old French Bread cut into 1-2 in. slices
3 eggs
3 T. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 c. milk
Topping ingredients:
1/2 c. flour
6 T. brown sugar
1/4 c. butter/oleo
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Place French Bread slices to cover the bottom of a well greased 9 X 13 in. pan. Mix eggs, sugar, vanilla and milk together. Pour over bread. Turn slices to coat well. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Remove from refrigerator an hour or so prior to baking. Prepare topping by blending topping ingredients until crumbly. Sprinkle over bread. Bake at 350º for 40 - 50 minutes.

This is a great Brunch dish that can be prepared ahead. I often serve this on Christmas morning!
