1 3/4 c. warm water
1/2 c. oil
3/8 c. sugar
3 tbsp. yeast
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. salt
5 1/2 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first water, oil, sugar and yeast together and let sit about 10 min. until yeast starts to work. Add remaining ingredients and knead with electric mixer for 8 minutes or by hand until smooth. Let dough rise for 15 minutes. Shape into rolls and let raise another 10 minutes. Bake at 400º for 10 minutes. Note - This recipe makes wonderful cinnamon rolls - add 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, nutmeg and lemon extract to dough.
