1/2 c. margarine, softened
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 1/2 c. mashed ripe bananas
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. miniature chocolate chips
1/2 c. chopped walnuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375º. Line muffin tin with muffin cups. In large bowl beat margarine and brown sugar until fluffy. Add bananas, milk, vanilla and eggs; blend well. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Mix only until flour is moistened. Fold in chips and nuts. Bake for 20 minutes.
