1 Kielbasa sausage cut into pieces
1 lg pkg baby carrots
1 cauliflower head cut into pieces
1 - 2 broccoli heads cut into pieces
1 can sprite or 7-up
1 cube butter
Shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Fry Kielbasa in bottom of Dutch oven. Drain grease. Add can of sprite to bottom of dutch oven and then add your vegetables - enough to fill dutch oven. Salt and pepper and top with 1 cube of butter cut into chunks. Steam over hot coals until vegetables are done. Add shredded cheese to top and cover with lid until cheese melted.
