8 oz Shredded Monterey Jack cheese,
1 c sour cream,
2 pkg chopped frozen spinach, thawed and drained,
1/3 to 1/2 c Parmesan cheese,
salt and pepper to taste,
1 can cream of potato soup.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together in buttered casserole dish. Top with shredded cheese. Bake covered at 350º for 15 minutes. Then uncover and continue baking another 15 minutes.
