1/2 c. Butter
1 c. Sugar
2 Eggs, unbeaten
1 c. Sour Cream or Buttermilk
1 tsp. Vanilla
2 c. Flour
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1/4 tsp. Salt
2 c. Apples or Blueberries

Topping: 2/3 c. brown sugar, 1 tsp. cinnamon, 1/3 c. flour, 2 T. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cream the butter and sugar together until light. Add the eggs, sour cream and vanilla, beating well.
Sift the flour, baking powder, soda and salt together; add to creamed mixture. Spoon 1/2 of the mix into a greased 9-inch pan. Mix topping ingredients together. Sprinkle on half the topping. Spread on fruit (apples or blueberries), then the remaining batter, then rest of topping. Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
