1 1/2 c. white sugar
2/3 c. canola oil
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. buttermilk (can use milk with 1 tsp. vinegar)
2 cups fresh blueberries

Directions:
Directions:
Beat sugar, oil, vanilla, and eggs.
Mix dry ingredients.
Alternate dry ingredients and buttermilk and beat into mixture
Fold in the blueberries
Pour into greased and floured loaf pans (2 regular size or 3 small)
Bake at 325º for 1 hour
