Brown Sugar Meatloaf Recipe

1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup ketchup
1 tsp. prepared mustard

1 1/2 pounds of Ground Beef
3/4 cup milk
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1 small onion chopped
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
3/4 cup bread crumbs

Preheat oven to 350
Lightly grease 5 x 9 or 8x8 pan
Sprinkle some brown sugar on bottom of pan and top with some ketchup.
In a small bowl mix 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup ketchup and 1 tsp mustard together for a glaze.
In a large mixing bowl, mix all remaining ingredients and shape into a loaf. Place in pan.
Top with glaze.
Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour or until juices are clear.
