8 russet potatoes, peeled
8 oz. cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup grated cheese
2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp pepper
4 T butter
Parsley
Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Cook potatoes until tender, drain and mash. In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese and sour cream with an electric mixer, once blended, add potatoes, spices and grated cheese. Pour into buttered 3 quart dish. Dot with butter and sprinkle with parsley and paprika. Bake 50 - 60 minutes until top is bubbly and golden brown.
