1 1/2 to 2 pkg frozen broccoli cooked
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
1 can cream of mushroom soup
4 eggs beaten
1 large onion chopped
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 stick margarine
1/2 pkg Pepperidge Farm Stuffing mix


Directions:
Directions:
Combine all except the last 3 ingredients in a casserole dish. Sprinkle the cheese on top. Melt margarine and then add stuffing . Place on top of broccoli mixture. Bake for 45 min @ 350 degrees. (I find it is better to cook this the day before and reheat @ 350 degrees for about 30 min or cook and let set for about an hour before eating.)
