1 pound ground buffalo( enough to make four 1/4 pound burgers), 1 package whole wheat buns, 1 head lettuce, 1 block cheddar cheese, 1 can green chilies, 1 tomato, 1 avocado, salt, pepper, ketchup, mustard.

Directions:
Directions:
Form the ground buffalo into four equal sized patties. Fold 1 Tbs of green chilies into the center of the patty and roll meat around the chilies, forming a well blended patty. Season with salt and pepper to taste,. Grill to desired tenderness, making sure you flip the burger at least once. When burger is done place it on a whole wheat bun with lettuce, tomato, avocado, ketchup and mustard.
