1 gal. 6 lbs tomatoes
1/2 doz. large onions
3 cups sugar
2 pods of green and red peppers
3 cups vinegar
1 t. black pepper
1 t. all spice
1 t. ground mustard

Slice tomatoes and onions - sprinkle over them 1/2 c. salt let stand over nite in crock -
Next morning drain well, tie all spices in a cheese cloth rag - chop 2 c. red & green sweet peppers,
add all - cook 30 minutes.
