1 (3 oz.) pkg cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sugar
1 C. butter, softened
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup jam

Directions:
Directions:
In large mixer bowl combine sugar, butter, cream cheese and vanilla. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl frequently until well mixed ( about 1 minute). Reduce sped to low; add flour and salt. Continue beating, scraping often, until well mixed (about 1 to 2 minutes). Divide dough into four equal portions. Wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate until firm (at least 2 hours).
Heat oven to 375 degrees.
Roll out dough, one portion at a time to 1/8 inch thickness. Cut with 2 inch cookie cutter. Place on cookie sheets 1 inch apart. Spoon 1/4 tsp jam on center of each cookie, spread to within 1/4 inch of edge. Fold dough over to form a cone.
Bake for 7 to 11 minutes or until edges are very lightly brown. cool completely. Sprinkle cooled cookies lightly with powdered sugar.
