2 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup wheat germ
1 cup nonfat dry milk
1 tsp salt
12 Tsp margarine cut into pieces
2 eggs
2 teaspoons brown sugar
1 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees

Lightly grease large cookie sheet; set aside. In large bowl, combine flours with wheat germ nonfat dry milk and salt. With a pastry blender cut in margarine until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Make a well in the center; add eggs, brown sugar, and water. Mix just until dry ingredients are moistened. Gather dough into a ball. turn onto floured surface and knead 8 to 10 times or until smooth. Roll dough to scant 1/2 inch thickness. Use a bone-shaped cutter. BAke 25 to 20 minutes. Store in airtight container.
