1 cup whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon soy flour
1/4 cup chopped peanuts
1 egg
1/4 cup oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 cup honey
1 cup ground carrot
Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients together. Add the rest of the ingredients. Mix together quickly and bake in a greased ring mold at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. If you have a blender, use it to grate the carrots by putting the egg and the oil in first and then adding small pieces of carrot one at a time. Then when ready to serve. Decorate with lighted birthday candles
