2 whole chicken breast split
3 oz can sliced mushrooms (drain)
1 can cream mushroom soup
1/2 soup can white wine (Holland House)
1 C sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange breast in shallow casserole, not over lapping. Season with salt and pepper. Cover with mushrooms.
In saucepan- blend and heat soup, wine, cream and pour over chicken dust with paprika (optional).
Cover and bake 1 1/2 hrs at 350 degree. Uncover last 15 minutes. Serve over rice or noodles.
