4 slices of bacon
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 Tbsp cornstarch
1 beaten egg
1/4 cup vinegar
1 cup cream

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon slowly. Put sugar salt and cornstarch in a saucepan and mix thoroughly. Add beaten egg and vinegar, mixing well again. Last, add cream and bacon bits with just a bit of drippings and cook until thickened
