1 1/4 cup flour
1 tsp. baking powder

3 eggs beaten
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. lemon extract

4 oz. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour with baking powder

Beat the eggs with sugar on high speed until thick (10 mnutes).

Add lemon and vanilla.

Fold in flour mxture and 4 ounces melted butter.

Spoon in madelleine molds (3/4 full)

Butter molds first. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
