Preheat at 400º. Place ribs that have been lightly salted and peppered in a baking pan. Cover bottom of pan with water and cover pan with tin foil and bake for 1 hour til tender. Remove tin foil and pour sauce over all ribs. Bake until brown and turn ribs over and pour more sauce and bake until brown, probably another 30 mins. on each side.

1 1/2 cups vinegar
1/2 cup Scott's BBQ Sauce
1/2 box brown sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
2 1/2 cups catsup
Place in boiler and cook on med. heat until it gets hot, stirring occasionally. This sauce keeps a long time in the refrigerator. Its really good on chicken as well. (cooked in oven or grill)
