2 3/4 lb. pork tenderloin
1/2 cup catsup
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1 clove garlic or garlic powder
vegetable cooking spray

Directions:
Directions:
Marinade tenderloin in ziploc bag at least 8 hrs. Save marinade, place tenderloin on rack in roasting pan that has been coated with spray. Bake at 400º for 45 - 50 minutes, basting frequently with marinade.
