2 T oil

6 green cardamom pods

6 whole cloves

2 t cumin seeds

1 t coriander

2 c basmati rice rinsed 5 times and let in water 15 mins

3 1/2 c water (coconut water if wanted)

1 1/2 t salt

Directions:
Directions:
Heat the oil with the spices in a medium and wide saucepan (I used smaller skillet) until they're fragrant and the cumin is browned. Add rinsed rice, and stir occasionally, cooking for 2 minutes. Add water and bring it to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium-low, cover the saucepan, and cook for 20 minutes. Turn off the heat, fluff the rices with a fork, and serve.
