Graham cracker pie crust
3 egg yolks
1/2 cup sugar
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tsp lemon peel
1 cup whipped cream
3 egg whites - stiffly beaten
graham cracker crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg yolks until thick, gradually add sugar, then salt, lemon juice and lemon peel. Fold in whipped cream and stiffly beaten egg whites. Top with graham cracker crumbs. Freeze until firm.
