Filling:
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 Tbs butter
1 egg - slightly beaten
1 tsp vanilla
2/3 cup chopped pecans

Cream cheese shells:
1 3oz cream cheese - softened
1/2 cup softened butter
1 cup flour

Sweetened whipped cream

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all the filling ingredients, mixing well. Separately, make the cream cheese shells by combining the cream cheese and butter. Add flour. Refrigerate dough 1 hour, then shape into 24 balls. Put each ball in a greased miniature muffin tin, shaping into a shell. Bake at 350º for 15 minutes before filling. Fill the baked shells and bake the tarts for about 17 minutes at 350º. Garnish with whipped cream when serving.
