1 can Eagle Brand milk
4 egg yolks
1/2 c lime juice
green food coloring
1 egg white - beaten

1 prebake pie shell

Meringe:
3 egg whies
6 Tbs sugar
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
Directions:
Directions:
Mix the milk, egg yolks, lime juice and food coloring. Fold the beaten egg whie into the mixture. Meringe: Beat the egg whites, slowly add in sugar and cream of tartar. Pour into the pie shell, top with meringe and brown in oven.
