Crust:
1 cup flour
1/2 cup Quick cooking oats
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter

Filling:
1 large can pumpkin
2 cans evaporated milk
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp cloves
1 tsp salt

Topping:
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
2 Tbs melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Crust: combine the ingredients until crumbly. Press into a greased 9 X 13 pan. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

Filling: while crust is baking, mix filling ingrediens until well mixed and smooth. Pour over crust and bake for 45 minutes more.

Topping: mix topping ingredients together and sprinkle over top. Bake another 15-20 minutes. Store in the refrigerator.
