10 lb. of Masa
3 lb. Lard or Crisco (Butter flavor)
1/2 lb. Margarine (omit water)
Salt, to taste
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 can Cream Style Corn, 16 oz. drained
1 can White Corn, 12 oz. drained
2-1/2 cans Regular Corn, 16 oz drained)
2 c. Monterey Jack Cheese, grated
2 c. Monterey Jack Cheese, sliced
Red Chili Las Palmas (for color and flavor)
4 cans of Diced Green Chilies
Corn Husks (soaked in water)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a very large stock pot or mixing bowl. Gradually add red chili sauce for color and flavoring. Take Masa mixture and fill corn husks or wrappers to desired amount. Steam for 30-40 minutes until done.
