2 packages dry yeast
1 c. lukewarm water
1 tsp.salt
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. oil
2 well beaten eggs
4 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve 2 packages of dry yeast in 1 c. lukewarm water; add salt, sugar, salad oil and eggs and mix well. Then add flour and beat until elastic - let rise until more than double (about one hour). Roll dough on a floured surface and cut with biscuit cutter; dip each roll in melted butter. Fold in half and place in a round cake pan and let full pan of rolls rise again (about 1 hour) - bake 10 to 12 minutes at 375º.
