1 C chocolate chips melted
1 C flour
1 C brown sugar, packed
1 tsp baking powder
1/3 C vegetable oil
1/4 tsp salt
2 Large eggs
1/2 C chopped pecans
1 tsp vanilla extract
powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate chips in a large saucepan and remove from heat. Mix in oil and sugar. Add eggs one at a time beating after each egg. Blend well. Add vanilla. Sift flour, baking powder, and salt. Add to chocolate mixture. Add pecans and mix well. Chill dough. Roll into walnut-sized balls and roll in powdered sugar. Bake on non-stick or greased cookie sheet in a pre-heated 350 degree oven for 10-12 minutes. Don't overbake - cookies should be soft and moist.
